Requiem mass to take place at St Teilos Roman Catholic Church (Archdiocese of Cardiff) on Thursday 9 July at 10:30am, followed by a cremation service at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel at 12:00pm.
No flowers by request. Donations if desired can be made to The Guide Dogs For The Blind Association, The Save The Children Fund, Redwings Horse Sanctuary and The Brooke Hospital For Animals.
