WilliamWARDELL(BILL) - Miriam, Janice, Steven and Craig would like to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours - too numerous to mention individually, for the many cards of condolence, messages of sympathy and donations received at this very sad time. Special thanks are extended to the staff of the Radiotherapy Unit at Preston; the staff of Ward B6 Royal Blackburn Hospital; the Oncology Team at Royal Blackburn Hospital; the District Nurses, especially on Bill's last day; Doctors and staff at Clayton Medical Centre, the staff of Elmwood Homecare, Paramedics and Hospice at Home and also St Paul's Mothers' Union - thank you all for the loving care and attention shown to us during Bill's illness. Our thanks also to Reverend Eric Booth for his visits, support and for taking the service and also to Jill at L Champ Funeral Service.
