JeanWALDRONPeacefully on 6th May 2026 Mrs. Jean Waldron aged 97 years Born in Cascade, Rhymney Valley, Passed away at Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth. Much Loved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

I was lucky enough to spend time with nana Jean a few weeks before she passed, and then one final time in the hospital during that last visit, she was barely awake and slipping away yet the very second she knew I was there she found the strength to smile. That unforgettable moment showed me just how fierce and bright her love truly was even when we only had a short time together. I will hold that beautiful smile in my heart for the rest of my life.
