Margaret RoseTHOMPSONOf Old Quarrington, passed away unexpectedly on Friday June 2nd, aged 78 years. Much loved and cherished wife of Derick, dearly loved Mam of Kathryn and Jayne, dear mother-in-law of James and Adam, devoted Grandma of James, Cleo, Jack and Thomas, also a beloved sister, auntie and friend. Family and friends are invited to meet for Requiem Mass at St. Godric's R.C. Church, Durham, on Tuesday June 27th at 10am, followed by interment at Bowburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to CAFOD in memory of Margaret. She touched so many people's lives and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
