Dearly loved Brother of Alan & Neville, much loved uncle to Ivan & Emma, brother-in-law to Tracey
and dear friend of Mosie.

Funeral Service to be held on Friday 1st May at 3PM in the Trelawny Chapel of Penmount Crematorium, Truro.
Casual dress would be preferred.

Family Flowers only please but Donations in lieu made payable to Kidney Research UK will be gratefully received
