Philip sadly passed on 25th May 2026 aged 56.
Philip was a free spirit with a love of art and music.
He will be dearly missed by his loving mum, Geraldine, and all his family and friends.
Philip is now at peace with his beloved Dad, Phil.
The family would like to pass on their special thanks to all the staff at Mayfield Court for their care and devotion to Philip.
A funeral service will be held at Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary Chapel, Springwood Avenue, Liverpool, L25 7UN on Thursday 25th June 2026 at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Mayfield Court, a donation box will be provided on the day.
