What a great loss, always jolly, laughing, joking, kind, it was an absolute pleasure to have known you Sam, have some lovely memories of us all. Much love to Claire, the boys and of course Ted.

Sam, remembering summers in Wales on wild beaches and waterfalls… your laughter and joy for nature always shining through. Rest peacefully. Sending love to your beautiful family, friends and community during this time. Love (cousin) Rosy and entire Evans Family.

I had the joy of working with Sam at CAMHS and he always made the days pass by with a lot more fun, laughter and support. He was a truly spectacular person who loved his family more than words can describe (not that he didn't try though!) and still had time to care for his patients and cheer up the staff. Salt of the earth and he will be sorely missed.

Funny, loving, caring you brought so much laughter and happiness to everyone around you. Gone far too soon and missed more than words can say.
I'll always remember that you were the only person who got me on the back of a motorbike—a memory I'll treasure forever.
