Loving wife to Rosie, wonderful daughter to Wayland & Alison and Lisa & Steve, cherished sister to Lewis & Leah and sister in law to Dean.
Katy will be forever missed by all her family and friends.
A celebration of Katy's life will take place at the Parish Church of St Peter, Barnstaple on Friday 15th May, 10.00 am followed by a private family cremation.
Please wear an item of bright clothing or something that reminds you of Katy.
