David JohnRICHARDSONRICHARDSON ( DAVID JOHN) - The Family of the late David Richardson wish to express their very sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours, Staff and Customers at the Jolly Carter, Crown Inn and the Old Cock for the love, sympathy and kindness shown to them in their sad and sudden loss, for the floral tributes received and the donations given in David's memory to the British Heart Foundation Appeal. Thanks also to the Reverend Ron Berry for his comforting ministrations and to all who were present at Middleton Crematorium for the funeral service.
