NarendraPATELIt is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandad, brother, uncle and friend, Narendra (Rameshbhai) Devabhai Patel, affectionately known to many as "Norman" and "Mr P", who passed away peacefully at home on 21st June 2026.
A kind, humble and devoted family man, Narendra was the strength and heart of his family. His warmth, gentle nature, wisdom and unwavering support touched the lives of all who knew him.
Narendra was also a much-loved and respected member of the Dalton community, where he served generations of local families through Patel's Newsagents on Long Lane, Dalton. His friendly smile, kindness and dedication made him a familiar and cherished presence to many over the years.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched, but his memory, values and love will remain with us forever.
The service to celebrate Narendra's life will be held at Shay Grange Crematorium, Long Ln, Heaton, Shipley, Bradford BD9 6ST on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 2:15pm.
