Devoted son of the late Will and Lydia Owen, loving husband of Sheila, and dear father of Gavin and Karen, Mark and Iona, Karen and Alan, Neil and Kathy. Precious taid to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, fond brother of Beryl, Rosealind, Malcolm and the late Cemlyn, and a cherished brother in law, uncle, cousin, and a loyal friend to all.
