Dearly loved and missed by all his family.

Funeral service to take place at St Mary's Church, Whitchurch on Monday 3 June at 12:00pm. The service will be followed by a celebration of Gareth's life at The Manor Parc Hotel, Thornhill.

So very sad to hear the news of my second cousin’s passing.
I worked for Gareth in Members Services at the City Hall and he was a real gentleman
He was one of our favourite Councillors and of course Lord Mayor of the City of Cardiff
R.I.P. Gareth.
