The funeral service will take place on Monday 19th December at 1pm in the Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium, Truro.
Family flowers only please but donations in lieu made payable to the British Heart Foundation will be gratefully received by retiring collection or may be forwarded to the Funeral Director
