Irene ElizabethMEREDITH(née Smith) Sadly on Sunday August 21st 2022, Irene passed away peacefully in UHW Heath after a short illness at the age of 81. Loving Wife of the late David Malcolm (Mac) Meredith, much loved and Devoted Mother to Nicola and Steve. Cherished Grandma to Matthew, Rhiannon, Rachel and Sarah and extremely Proud Great Grandma of Evelyn. A service to celebrate her life and mourn her passing will be held at St. Dochdwys Church, Llandough 11am Monday 5th September followed by service for immediate family only at Barry Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, would be appreciated for The British Heart Foundation at www.bhf.org.uk or via www.greenwillowfunerals.com/tributes-and-donations.
