A greatly loved dad to Stuart and Dawn, father-in-law to Evelyn and Peter, a cherished grandad to Alex, Callum, James and Katie, a dearly loved great grandad to Bobby, Travis, Hazel, Elvia and Frazer, a great friend to many.
Derek will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate Derek's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday 17th December at 3pm.
