MATTHEW PARSONSONPC Matthew James Parsonson was travelling in the back of a police car when it crashed while responding to a call for assistance.
The accident, in Stoke Newington, resulted in PC Parsonson's death on 7 October 1994.
He was an officer with the Metropolitan Police.
