FrancesLOWELOWE - FRANCES (nee Doyle), . Passed away suddenly on 15th July 2021 at Arrowe Park Hospital, Wirral, aged 85yrs. Reunited with her loving husband Peter Lowe, she will be sadly missed by her children Collette, Anne & David, her son-in-law Gary and Daughter-in-law Helen and her precious grandchildren Tom, Liam, Richard, Chris & Adam.
