Velma ElizabethLEESEAfter a long life lived with fun, laughter and devotion to her family, Velma, aged 89 years of Hanley, peacefully passed away on 2nd April 2026 at Trentham House care home.
Devoted wife to the late Joe, beloved mother of Alan and Karen, dear mother-in-law of Sheila and cherished nana of Andrea and Greg, Emma, Ashton and Aaron. Velma will be fondly remembered for her strength and love in all she did and sincerely missed by all that knew her.
Friends and family are invited to attend a service to celebrate Velma's life on Tuesday 28th April at 10.45am at Carmountside Crematorium. Black attire is not required, please feel free to wear colours that remind you of Velma.
As per the families' wishes, there will be no wake or gathering following the service.
