David Thomas, aged 70 years of St Blazey.
Beloved partner of Diana,
loving dad of Gemma,
much loved step-dad of Imelda and Dannie,

A celebration for the life of Dave to be held at
Penmount Crematorium, Truro on
Friday 15th May at 9.30am in Trelawny Chapel.
