Rachel AndreaHUGHESHUGHES - RACHEL ANDREA, 25th August 2021. Passed away peacefully after a long battle with Multiple-Sclerosis, at her home 6 Lon Cefn du, Caernarfon, aged 35 years. Beloved daughter of Catherine, loving mother of Amira, sister of Andrew, Darren and the late David, auntie of Ciron & Sean. Rachel will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Private funeral service at St Mary's Church, Caernarfon on Thursday September 9th at 10.30am. Followed by interment at Llanbeblig Cemetery.
