Pat, beloved daughter of Phyllis, devoted niece of Henry and Beryl and a much loved cousin of Sue and Carol. Funeral service will take place at Wakefield Crematorium (Standbridge Lane, Wakefield, WF4 3JA) on Thursday, November 6th at 2.00pm. No flowers by request.
