BrynHIRSTBryn passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Friday 29th May 2026, aged 76 years.

Much loved husband of the late Sandy, cherished stepdad to Midge, Coll and Chan, father in law to Nev, Harry and Charlie. Devoted grandad to Sara, Chris, Warwick, Billy, Jack, Charlii, Bomber, Sam, Joe and Jack, loved great grandad to Mason, Ollie, Oakley, Lani, Zadie, Freddie, Ernie, Ruby, Archie, Edie and Alfie. Brother to Martin, brother in law of Anne and Graham. An uncle, cousin and special friend who will be sadly missed.

Funeral service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Thursday 9th July 2026 at 3.30pm. At the family's request, please wear a splash of red.

No flowers by request please. Donations if desired are invited for Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance and nurses on the Coronary Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or may be given at the service.
