He will be sadly missed by his devoted, caring wife Ellen, his children, Tony and Jane, daughter in law, Andrea and his niece Marie, alongside his grandchildren, brothers, sisters and all those whose lives he touched with his humour and kindness. He was a true gentleman who once met, was never forgotten. One of your favourite catch phrases is now true Dad. Your name is in the Echo, you don't need to get up in the morning. The funeral service is to take place on Thursday, 13th August at 11.30 in St Aidan's, Adswood Road Huyton L36 7XR, followed by interment at Knowsley Cemetery.
