I met Ron only once when dropping my dad off for afternoon tea at local cafe with Roy and Terry,I remember Ron being quite a tall man,I was shocked and saddened to hear he passed away so soon after my own dad, My dad and Ron were good friends and enjoyed chat over cup of tea.

You were more than a neighbour to us. From the very first day you and Glenys moved in, I knew you were very special people. You had a wonderful knack for including everyone with your kind words, warmth and wisdom.

You guided me through both good and difficult times, always offering support and helping me move forward. Thank you for being such a dear friend.

We were honoured to share such a happy time in your life at your villa in La Azohia, creating so many wonderful memories that we will always treasure.

We loved coming round to your house for a glass of wine, watching the football and golf together, and putting the world to rights.
We will all miss you, Ron. You were such a kind, generous and caring man.

From all of my family, we would simply like to say thank you, Ron, for being you.
