Patricia AliceFAULKNERIt is with deep sadness that the family shares the sad news of Pat's peaceful passing on 17th May 2026 aged 73 years.
Loving wife of David, loving mother to Richard, Andrew and Vicki. Mother in law to Corinne, Emma and Daniel and Loving Nannie to Charlie, Molly, Owen, Max, Sienna and Nevaeh.
A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held on Friday 12th June 2026 at Woodlands Crematorium at 14.00.
Family flowers only please however donations made in Pat's memory are gratefully received for Macmillan Nurses.
