Carol AnnBERKOVITS(Durham) Peacefully on July 18th, at St Cuthbert's Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, Carol Ann aged 70 years. Much loved wife of Frank, a very special mum of Emma and Matthew, A devoted grandmother to Beth, Tristan and Alex. Also a loved mother in law of Robyn and Kevin. A funeral service, to celebrate Carol's life is to take place at St Cuthbert's Church, North Road Durham on Monday August 8th at 12:15pm followed by interment at South Road Cemetery. Flowers welcome, donations also gratefully received in Carol's memory and are for The Chemotherapy unit at UHND and St Cuthbert's Hospice, a donation box will be provided in church.
