JimALLANSANDYand Susan would like to thank family and friends for the cards, flowers and kind messages of sympathy received. A special thanks to Coatbridge Home Care Services. Dad was cared for so well at home when he was still able to stay in Millbrae Court and he looked forward to his girls coming in to chat, help and cater to his needs. However after his fall he moved to The Glenmore Unit in Coathill and he stayed there until he died last week. The care and attention he received there was second to none, we cannot praise all of the staff there enough. We would like to have named those who cared for dad, both from the Care Services and Glenmore, but we were afraid we would miss someone out. Thanks also to McLaren's Ltd for funeral arrangements, Rev. Dr. Sandy Roger and Drumpellier Golf Club for catering. A gentle man with a lovely nature. Dad will be sorely missed, as his brother Jimmy said "SANDY was special."
