Mary EmmaABBOTTMary Abbott of Belper passed away peacefully on
Friday 19th September 2025 at
the Meadows Care Home, Alfreton, aged 96 years.
Beloved mum to Katrina and Karen, treasured nanna to Paul, Leanne, Gemma and James, loved and respected mother-in-law to David and Brian, loving great grandma to Sophie, Lucy, Liam, Jack and Betsy and a good friend to many.

A service to celebrate Mary's life is to be held at St Peter's Church Belper on Thursday 23rd October 2025 at 10:30am followed by a committal service at Belper Cemetery. Floral tributes are welcome or donations made in loving memory of Mary will support the work of the PDSA (Derby Branch), these maybe made at the service or online at rydefunerals.co.uk/donations.

Mary's family thank you for your support at this difficult time.
