Dearest Florence was certainly one on her own. I have never met such a kind hearted, loving lady. A friend to all with the love of Jesus shining through. She loved her family and even when she was unwell showed concern for their well being. I will miss you my friend. Miss your smiles, your laughter and your cheeky sense of humour. Rest at the Father's feet. Until we meet again x

Florence was such a joyful soul and lit up every room she entered. Even when she wasn’t feeling 100% herself she was so concerned about anyone else around her that wasn’t feeling well. She was a source of encouragement and I don’t think I ever saw her down or angry. She loved helping out wherever she could and enjoyed being a volunteer at food bank. She was instrumental in organising our craft and chat get together on Wednesdays and also very good at volunteering my crochet services to all and sundry 🤣😂 I’m so happy that Florence befriended my mother in law, they were certainly a double act to behold!! I am beyond blessed to have known Florence, I just wish it could have been for longer but I take comfort in knowing that she is in the hands of our Lord and back with her beloved Dicky. Rest in peace lovely lady, you are truly loved and missed. Much love Ali, Kev, William and Doreen
