Valerie EnaASHLEYIs it with profound sadness that the family would like to announce the sudden peaceful passing of Valerie on 25th April 2026, aged 91 years.

Beloved wife of David (deceased), much loved and adored mother of Mark and wife Annie. Beloved sister of Jean and all of her family. Greatly adored and much loved nan and nannie to her grandchildren Scott and wife Nic, Alexandra and husband Dave and great grandchildren Connor, Chloe, Issy, George, Kai and Jasmine. Truly loved by all her close extended family and friends. She was our guiding light.

You are near, even if we don't see you You are with us, even if you are far away You are in our hearts, our thoughts and in our lives always and forever.

Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Tamarton Foliot on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 11.30am followed by a private cremation at The Park Crematorium. All are welcome to join the family at The Café in The Park at 1pm to give comfort to each other and reflect on times shared.

Dear Val's family - have just come across this obituary. We have been checking as we wrote to her in January and hadn't heard back. Really sorry to hear that she had died - you must miss her terribly. She was such a special person and made a great partnership with Dave.

Our Aunty Val, was a very loved , most inspirational and elegant lady.

We appreciate how much she and our Uncle David gave to the local community, touching so many peoples lives along the way.

Her family were so loved by her , she was incredibly proud of them all .

Through them , she will never be forgotten , and will live on forever in our hearts .
