Christine, Stuart & Dylan,

We thought the world of Howard who was our good friend (and also my boss for a year or so). We have lots of lovely memories of the times we have all spent together and of course Howards hospitality and cooking which we have sampled on many occasions and have many stories to tell of those wonderful late nights, chatting and drinking and most of all laughing. A top class down to earth Leicester lad who will be very sadly missed by us all.

Thinking of you all at this difficult time
God bless you Howard

To Christine, with our love and sincere condolences on the loss of Howard, the best and kindest boss I ever had. It was a great pleasure to work for and with him, first in Oadby and later in Market Harborough.

I will always smile at the memory of Howard welcoming my dog, Brad, into the office after hearing that he'd stolen my husband's sausages from the fridge (I was and still am vegetarian!). Who else could have been such a lovely boss?

I am thinking of you, Stuart and Dylan, and holding you all in my thoughts at this very difficult time.

With love,

Annie Dawes (and husband, Humphrey)
