PeterWELSBYand the Family of the late Pat would like to offer their sincere thanks to all Family, Friends, Colleagues and nursing staff for the help, support, messages of sympathy and donations received in their sad loss. Thank you to the Reverends Paul Daly, John Foulkes and Beryl Proctor and all who attended Pat's funeral service. Thank you also to the doctors and staff of Ward J6 and the High Dependency Unit at North Manchester General Hospital and finally to Kavanagh and Coates Funeral Services for the help, care and the professional manner in which they arranged and conducted Pat's funeral.
