memory. Special thanks to the Macmillan Nurses, District Nurses and doctors and staff at The Hopwood Medical Centre for their dedicated care shown to Jock, to the Ashworth Brass Band for providing a moving tribute, to Reverend Lesley Reading for her kind ministrations and to Sara Walker at Heywood Funeral Service for her caring arrangements.
