Thank you to the Reverend Trevor Haigh for his comforting words and the lovely funeral service, and to all who attended at Heywood Cemetery. Andrew would have been so proud. Thank you also to the doctors and nursing staff at the Royal Albert Edward Hospital, Wigan and the staff of the Intensive Care Unit for the care given to Andrew. Thanks also to Millcroft Tea Gardens for providing the reception and finally to Anthony, Frank and the staff at Kavanagh and Coates Funeral Services for their guidance, help and support and for the efficient and professional funeral arrangements.
